Meet Our Counselor
Hey there, I'm Katie.
I'm a holistic mental health counselor who is passionate about helping my clients accept and integrate all parts of themselves so they can move forward feeling whole and confident.
Having personally navigated challenges like codependency, coping with anxiety, and managing ADHD, I understand how overwhelming these struggles are. My passion lies in helping others through similar experiences.
My role is to help you connect with the resilient, insightful parts of yourself capable of breaking cycles and creating meaningful change, while also providing a compassionate space for the parts of you that may feel anxious, overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. I will also help you access knowledge and tools that give you new paths to explore on your journey.
As a counselor with a previous career as a psychiatric nurse and over 9 years of experience in mental health care, I’m experienced working with a wide range of mental health concerns and practice with an understanding of mind-body connection. I’m confident in my ability to help you navigate these challenges, and to also simply be with you when life is hard.
Through frameworks of attachment theory, trauma and it’s physiology, ancient wisdom traditions, mindfulness and acceptance, and somatic integration, I’m here to help you foster self-compassion, regulate more effectively, and discover a way forward that honors your unique ways of being and uncover the potential you have to cultivate wellness and peace in your life.

What is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?
Psychedelic experiences can affect us in many ways, often with both challenging and positive effects. Experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness are often inherently intricate and complex. They may bring forth difficult memories and feelings and often change the way we see ourselves and the world around us. Often, those who are seeking this kind of counseling want to find ways to re-imagine or realign their lives using the inner wisdom and insights gained when in non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Our counselor is familiar with concepts and techniques of psychedelic integration therapy and provides open and supportive therapy for those seeking to process, integrate, share, and dig deeper into such experiences. Integration can help clarify and solidify aspects of a psychedelic experience into long-term and meaningful changes in our daily lives including our sense of self, relationships, spirituality, ways of being, and worldview. Integration can also help reduce and process potential trauma or difficult experiences that may occur or result from these experiences.
Disclaimer
Psychedelic integration counseling is not psychedelic psychotherapy. It does not include the recommendation, administration, provision, or help in obtaining psychedelic substances, or facilitation of the psychedelic experiences. Provision of psychedelic integration counseling services should not be taken as an endorsement or encouragement of using illegal psychedelic substances, but rather as facilitation of a safe space to receive counseling support and to integrate said experiences. No provision of any form of medical advice will be provided, including any advisement on the use, benefits, or risks of use of psychedelic substances. Clients who have questions or concerns about their physical health or the use of psychedelic substances are encouraged to discuss this with their physician prior to use. Counseling services will not be provided if a client is under the direct influence of any substance during a session.
